Early Childhood Education
- Two Year Program
- 35 College Credit Hours
- Courses may apply toward Child Development Associate credential, associate degree or bachelor's degree
- Morning & Afternoon Options
The early childhood education program provides students with the knowledge and skills to serve as an effective early childhood provider or teaching assistant . Successful students will earn 35 hours of college credit that may be applied to the associate of applied science degree in Early Childhood Education at UA Fort Smith . In addition, students successfully completing their first year are eligible to receive their Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate .
