The Associate of Applied Science in Workforce Leadership is designed to provide individuals with the skills to be successful and to lead a work group or team toward success. Emphasis is placed on principles and tools of quality, computer information, management, development of interpersonal and team-performance communication skills, and world-class manufacturing techniques.
The Technical Certificate in Workforce Leadership builds on the first tier (certificate of proficiency) and includes courses in advanced team-building techniques, problem-solving skills, industrial safety and writing.
The Certificate of Proficiency in Workforce Leadership focuses on developing the knowledge and application of the tools and techniques associated with lean operations and on the core skills needed for successful leadership.
