Minor
The sociology minor is a structured selection of courses by which a student can enrich his or her academic preparation. Sociology is a scientific discipline that teaches us about human society, its origins, functions, social changes, stability and problems. This wealth of knowledge will compliment any academic program in preparing students to become productive members of society. A minor in sociology improves marketability of students for the labor force and increases their functional abilities to complete a major in selected disciplines.
