Broadcast Journalism

  • 17 college credit hours
  • Morning and afternoon options
  • College level ACT scores required

Broadcast Journalism students will learn and participate in both print and broadcast journalism. The courses offered in this program may lead to an Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications. Students who successfully complete both years of the program may obtain 24 or more college credit hours.

 

To be admitted to the WATC Broadcast Journalism program, students must earn a score of 19 in both reading and English on the ACT or equivalent.
